Thermoblock collapsible is a building block made of hard grades of foam plastic, which is used for erecting straight walls in low- and multi-story buildings when concrete solution is poured into the middle of the thermal block. The thickness of the side foam walls in the block construction is 50 mm on both sides. The walls of the block are connected to each other by a plastic jumper, which allows you to change the width of the block depending on the needs of the project from 200 mm to 400 mm. The creation of various formats of connections occurs thanks to the ease of working with the thermal block.
Block thickness variations are (thickness of the supporting part without insulation):
– 200 mm (100 mm of concrete);
– 250 mm (150 mm of concrete);
– 300 mm (200 mm of concrete);
– 350 mm (250 mm of concrete);
– 400 mm (300 mm of concrete).
Features of thermal blocks:
– adjustment of the thickness of the block for the possibility of changing the thickness of the supporting part (concrete) from 100 mm to 300 mm;
– the number of membranes is 7 pieces, the thickness adjustment step is 50 mm;
– “sheet-to-sheet” lock – ensures a reliable connection and the absence of shifts when working with a thermal block. The walls of the house are as easy to build as playing “Lego”;
– side lock – an important structural feature of the block to prevent blocks from moving in one row;
– high density ensures the integrity of the structure in the process;
– the geometry is perfected thanks to the automation of production using modern molds.
