MONEY FOR “WARM LOANS” HAS BEEN EXHAUSTED

In August, banks stopped issuing “warm loans” for associations of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings (OSBB), and lending to private homeowners ended even earlier.

Issuance of “warm loans” has been suspended due to the exhaustion of the funds provided for by this state program for 2018. This was announced by the head of the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving (State Energy Efficiency) Serhiy Savchuk.

“For this year, the government has approved UAH 195 million in co-financing (under warm loans for condominiums; the total financing of “warm loans” in 2018 is UAH 400 million). We used up these funds in six months, and in fact now banks are not lending this direction. But I am sure that funds will be laid down for next year. The limits for private home ownership were exhausted even earlier than for condominiums,” Savchuk said.

Since the beginning of 2018, UAH 270 million has been reimbursed under the “warm loans” program. Since the beginning of the program, its participants have received UAH 2.3 billion from the state budget. compensations

The head of the State Energy Efficiency Agency believes that the state program gave impetus to the emergence of similar programs from private banks, for example, the IQEnergy program with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

We would like to remind you that STOLIT TM products meet all the requirements of both the state program “warm credits” and the IQEnergy program, and are in demand among participants of both programs.
