Universal Primer
Intended to prepare underlying porous & absorbent surfaces prior to filling, painting, attaching polystyrene or mineral-based panels, wallpaper or ceramic tiles. Improves adhesiveness and diminishes water absorption and is ideal for underlying surfaces such as lightweight concrete, primers, stucco & plasterboard.
